About the role
We are a fast-paced, modern dental clinic committed to exceptional patient care and a positive team atmosphere. We are currently looking for a Level 2 Dental Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team.
Our clinic uses the latest technology, including iTero scanning, Zoom whitening, and we proudly offer Invisalign treatment. We value a collaborative work environment where each team member contributes to a welcoming, professional, and caring patient experience.
Compensation based onexperience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a wide variety of clinical procedures
- Take and process digital X-rays accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments to the highest standard of infection control
- Take digital impressions using the iTero scanner
- Support with Invisalign and whitening treatments
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with patients
- Document patient care accurately using Tracker dental software
- Provide chairside and administrative support to ensure efficient patient flow
What We're Looking For:
- Level 2 Dental Assistant certification (mandatory)
- HARP certification and experience taking digital dental X-rays
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, engaging personality
- A growth mindset — someone who actively seeks ways to improve and learn
- Excellent problem-solving skills and confidence with dental technology
- A dependable team player who contributes to a positive and respectful work culture
- Experience with Tracker software is an asset
- Bilingual (French/English) candidates strongly preferred
