NATIONAL ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR (12 MONTH CONTRACT)
Overview
Under the general supervision of the Director of National Accounts, the Account Coordinator manages inventory schedules for Canadian customers, facilitates positive partnerships with representatives of current WIS International customers. The Account Coordinator is responsible for understanding customers’ scheduling and service requirements and communicating with our operational management teams, as necessary.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Customers, Account Managers, and Operational Management teams to coordinate, finalize and communicate national inventory schedules.
- Perform Pre-Inventory and Post Inventory related administrative tasks which includes but is not limited to requesting programming or inventory requirement changes from customers and following up on late or missing information or data.
- Respond to customers and operations in a positive and timely manner, maintaining direct and continuous contact with customers.
- Effectively document and respond to all inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure that all client deadlines, service levels, and departmental guidelines are met.
- Deliver superior internal and external client support to all management levels.
- Utilize various computer applications to develop inventory schedules, billing instructions, and reporting for assigned accounts.
- Ensure that the Account Management database contains current, accurate and complete customer data.
- Organized, accurate and detailed in all facets of work
- Work effectively as part of the Canadian National Accounts team and develop effective working relationships with Canadian Operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Experience
- College diploma in Business Administration is preferred.
- Experience in a customer service role in an office or retail environment is an asset.
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail required.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to effectively collaborate with customers and varying departments in the organization.
- Must possess strong decision-making skills, sound judgment and analytical skills.
- Effectively organize and prioritize workload and deadlines.
- Able to multitask, follow through and complete overlapping projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
- Must have a Customer oriented mindset.
- Detail oriented.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A Team player.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

Salary Starting at: $37,000 - $40,000 Yearly
