- Support the transition of completed projects to the Services/Operations team.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications:

- Proven experience leading technical projects (not people), including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Strong understanding of turbine systems and/or Balance of Plant (BoP) design.
- Familiarity with NERC reliability standards.
- Excellent communication skills-comfortable reaching out proactively and managing expectations across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on task tracking and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with SCADA systems, MV electrical systems, or wind turbine certification processes.
- Background in manufacturing or process coordination.
- Multilingual capabilities (especially French).
- Project Management certification or formal training.
Reporting Structure:
- This role does not include direct reports.
- You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and external partners.
