Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Secretary will be responsible for a range of tasks, including performing clerical duties, providing executive administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, and managing company secretarial work. Daily activities will involve scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting the executive team with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including managing records and scheduling appointments
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Experience in Company Secretarial Work, with the ability to manage corporate documents and compliance
• Background in Executive Administrative Assistance, providing support to senior management
• Customer Service skills, to address inquiries and maintain positive client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is beneficial
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in office software and tools, like Microsoft Office Suite
