Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about products and services.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail or food service is preferred.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
Additional Information
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
