About the role

Responsibilities

  • The MS Dynamics CRM Analyst-Developer will configure the MS Dynamics CRM application to adapt to the business processes identified during the various phases of the analysis.
  • Working within a consulting team and reporting to the MS Dynamics CRM solution architect, their role includes both technical and functional involvement, creating the required entities and attributes, defining the relationships and constraints between these entities, defining and creating forms, screens, and various views, and implementing workflows.
  • Other tasks related to the position include programming and development using JavaScript, producing documentation, and training users and analysis.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of specific tasks:

  • Implementation and configuration of the MS Dynamics CRM application in accordance with the analysis documentation;
  • Implementation of modifications to the application, monitoring change management, and assisting in the transformation of business needs;
  • Workflow configuration, programming, reporting, and documentation;
  • Assist in needs analysis and propose complex business solutions;
  • Assist with data migrations, integrations, and interfaces with existing systems;
  • Conduct testing, support during production launch, and post-implementation support.
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP;

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience using the MS Dynamics CRM SDK for application development;

  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience creating custom workflow activities;

  4. Minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript;

  5. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse modules;

  6. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with MS Dynamics 365, with the Customer Engagement or Finance modules;

  7. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the Model Driven approach;

  8. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the Canvas App approach;

  9. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Azure Service Bus.
