Le Coordonnateur ou Coordonnatrice - Démarrage Opérationnel établit la méthode la plus efficace pour mettre en œuvre le transfert de technologie dans les opérations et est responsable de l'exploitation de la ligne pendant la phase de démarrage, dans le but de transmettre une ligne opérationnelle et performante à l'entreprise. VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Assure la préparation de la production et pilote le plan d'action global pour assurer un démarrage vertical;
- Interlocuteur du projet entre les opérations et les fonctions externes telles que la R&D, le développement produit, les chefs de projet et les marchés;
- Contribue à l'élaboration du plan de projet de l'usine;
- Diriger et piloter le plan d'action global d'amélioration de la ligne pendant le démarrage;
- Donner aux équipes opérationnelles les moyens de gérer et de maîtriser la ligne;
- S'assurer que les problèmes de sécurité, de qualité et de performance sont correctement traités;
- Diriger le plan d'action pour éliminer les pertes et garantir que les actions de la liste de pointage sont liées à des pertes spécifiques;
- Vérifier le rodage avec le responsable d'unité et être responsable du respect des courbes RI;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Vos Qualifications Et Compétences
- Baccalauréat en génie avec expérience pertinente;
- Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier;
- Habile communicateur;
- Capacité d’influence positive et motivation du personnel;
- Souci du détail et approche analytique/ système;
- Bon jugement et capable de prendre des décisions en contexte d’urgence;
- Excellence en priorisation des tâches;
- Sens de l’organisation et de la structure;
- Parler et écrit français et anglais. Dans votre rôle vous serez en contact fréquent avec des collègues des États-Unis et de l’Europe, en plus d’avoir À contacter des fournisseurs à l’international.

Start Up Coordinator The Start Up Coordinator defines the most efficient method to implement technology transfer into operations and is responsible for overseeing the production line during the start-up phase, with the goal of handing over a fully functional and high-performing line to the company.
Your Role And Key Responsibilities
- Secures Manufacturing Readiness and drives the overall action plan to ensure a vertical start-up;
- Point of contact for the project between operations and external functions like R&D, Product development, Project managers and Markets;
- Provides input for factory project plan;
- Lead and drive the overall improvement / action plan for the line during start-up;
- Empower and enable operations teams to run and own the line;
- Secure safety, quality & performance issues are addressed properly;
- Lead the action plan to drive loss elimination and secure punch list actions are related to specific losses;
- Verifies the Running-In with Unit Manager and is responsible for RI curves adherence;
- Secures risk mitigation and that FMEA actions are executed before installation completion;
- Identifies and acts on opportunities and threats of the project preparing back-up plans;
- Coordinate the overall validation plan of the production system from Vendor-Acceptance test to project end;
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications And Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to positively influence and motivate staff.
- Detail-oriented with an analytical/systematic approach.
- Good judgment and ability to make decisions in urgent contexts.
- Excellence in task prioritization.
- Strong organizational and structural skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written French and English. In this role, you will communicate frequently with colleagues in the U.S. and Europe, as well as interact with international suppliers.
