Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, packaging, and shipping dry ice

• Preparing shipping documents

• Operation of power lift equipment (Fork lift / Electric Pallet Jack).

• Frequent lifting of packages weighing 50 lbs.

• Frequent operation of bandsaw

• Meeting established standards for productivity and quality

• Must be able to communicate clearly

• Handling of customer inquiries either in person or by phone

• Entering customer orders in computer

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Skills and requirements

Candidate must have good customer service skills (phone etiquette and face to face).

Should be able to lift up to 50Lbs.

Operate band saw to cut Dry Ice when needed and other duties as assigned.

This role is Warehouse / Dry Ice Processing about 75%

Inside Sales / customer service about 25%

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
