The Role
We are looking for a Programmer/Analyst who will be able to blend business analysis experience with strong troubleshooting, programming, and analytical skills. The selected candidate would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.

We’ve embarked on a multi-year initiative to consolidate multiple Sales, Grants & Contributions, and traditional Case Management applications into one enterprise CRM solution. This solution leverages the Microsoft Platform (Dynamics 365, Microsoft Portals, Power Automate, etc.) with various integrations and third-party add-ons.
The key activities are:
- Participating in an agile software development team to regularly deliver new features to our business stakeholders, while following development best practices and SCRUM methodology.
- Analyzing and developing features based on business requirements; leveraging the Power Platform suite and other modern software and systems.
- Maintaining existing functionality by responding to issues raised by the business and by ensuring code and features are up to date with industry best practices.
- Producing technical documentation to enable other developers to easily understand how features have been designed and built.
Screening Criteria
Applicants must demonstrate within the content of their application that they meet the following screening criteria in order to be given further consideration as candidates:
Education
Bachelor degree in Computer Science from a recognized University or a Technical College diploma in Computer Science or related field. An equivalent combination of education and direct experience may be considered.

Experience
- Significant experience configuring entities, forms, views, and security permissions in Dynamics CRM 2016 or higher.
- Significant experience creating workflows, business processes and rules, as well as custom form scripts that leverage the client-side Javascript libraries, in Dynamics CRM 2016 or higher.
- Significant experience developing Power Apps Portals including web and page templates using Javascript and Liquid, as well as web pages, web forms with steps and metadata, entity forms, entity lists and content snippets.
- Significant experience writing object-oriented C#/.NET web applications.
- Significant experience working with web services and APIs.
- Basic experience writing Dynamics plugins and workflow activity assemblies.

Compensation
From $84,807 to $105,949 per annum.
