About the role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible to perform duties such as:

Follow up with B2B customers/partners/accounts.

Prepare sales proposals, pricing, and other relevant marketing material for sales meetings and trade shows
-
Provide administrative support to the account managers
-
Fill up Vendor Agreements and Item Set-Up Form required by customers
-
Order coordination –order receipt, revision, and confirmation
-
Answer partner inquiries by telephone or email
-
Liaison between customers and production team for order status updates, sample requests, delivery updates, factory audits, and performance testing and product quality requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent organizational, project management, and priority-setting skills
Ability to work collaboratively and openly in a team environment
Creative problem-solving and problem resolution abilities
Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects/tasks and complete within assigned deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Requirements:
A Community College Diploma or University Degree with Math or Science degree Prefer
1-3 years of experience in the sales field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to work under with minimum supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel (report generating functions) and a variety of Microsoft office
