About the role

Job Summary

Job Purpose:

Service a portfolio of clients by suggesting most suitable decoration products and services, including but not limited to embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, laser engrave, patches and labels, and providing effective services, resolving problems, ensuring customer satisfactions, and maintaining relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answers clients' inquiries in person, over telephone or emails.
  • Suggests products and services.
  • Provide accurate & prompt quotes & completion time to customers
  • Opens client accounts, and maintains and updates account information.
  • Takes, review and confirm clients’ orders, coordinates with designers and production departments, and follow through from initiate to completion.
  • Create graphic design, decoration sample and bulk production orders with detailed description.
  • Prepare design specifications, color-ways, and placements for customer approval.
  • Verify and confirm goods received from customers.
  • Process and proactively manage orders and coordinate customized order details including the colour, placement, artwork and detailed instructions for logos or images customers prefer.
  • Schedule orders base on machine availabilities and capacities.
  • Liaise between customer and production teams and other departments as needed.
  • Work with design specialist to offer recommendations to customers for decoration/customization of logos and placements.
  • Prioritize time sensitive orders, manage and ensure orders are completed on-time.
  • Verify finished products to ensure goods are done correctly.
  • Coordinate special order requirements with other departments such as warehouse and shipping.
  • Assist customers with shipping arrangements, shipment discrepancies, credit and debit requests.
  • Process billing and payments
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure satisfactory resolutions to customer situations while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure clients' highest satisfaction with products and services provided.
  • Partner with accounting to follow up on credit applications and customer related issues.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting clients information and analyzing clients needs.
  • Remain current and knowledgeable on the company’s products, policies, and procedures.

  • You provide exceptional service that goes above and beyond the customer’s expectations by accurately and promptly processing orders, providing quotes, coordinating with design specialists on logo placement techniques and providing recommendations to customers, proactively following up on orders and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • You will learn the technical aspects of decoration process for customized orders which includes company logo placement requirements.
  • Experience in apparel decoration, sign making, graphic printing an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel (beginner)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
