Strategic Technical Leadership
- Focus on developer-facing products, platform features, and technical partnerships
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear business value and client outcomes
- Define technical product specifications and API strategies aligned with client needs
- Balance technical debt remediation with new feature development priorities
Client Enablement & Success
- Design and execute streamlined client onboarding experiences and processes
- Provide proactive technical guidance to optimize client outcomes and adoption
- Monitor client usage patterns and health metrics to identify improvement areas
- Support product launches and client-facing go-to-market activities
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Work closely with engineering on technical feasibility, specifications, and implementation
- Facilitate communication across product, engineering, and client success organizations
- Coordinate technical resources to meet client implementation requirements
Product Operations Excellence
- Manage product tools, systems, and technical documentation standards
- Track and report on product metrics and client health indicators
- Standardize product and technical documentation for internal and client use
- Develop operational frameworks that scale with product and client growth
Basic Skill Level Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in client delivery, service management, project management, or related function.
- Strong grasp of SLA and KPI management within a service delivery or client-facing environment.
- Experience overseeing project schedules, risks, budgets, and scope of work.
- Proven ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Demonstrated track record managing successful delivery of both short- and long-term contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and report on service performance metrics.
- Proven ability to mentor or guide teams based on technical expertise.
- Applies a theoretical knowledge base to work to achieve goals through own work.
- Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education.
- May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise.
