About the role
Forecast Coffee is hiring! We are looking for wonderful staff to join our team in our cafe in West Vancouver. Serving coffee with an extended food menu, we are looking for talented Baristas and skilled all-rounders to join the team. This is a part time position with the opportunity to grow to full-time in the future.

You perform in your role with passion, delivering excellent customer service. Our staff are accountable for providing quality service and product in a safe and clean environment.
The ideal candidate:

loves great coffee and has previous barista experience (kitchen experience is also an asset)

has flexible availability - mornings + afternoons (Cafe hours 7am-5pm)

enjoys working in a fast-paced environment & getting to know your customers

wants to build connections within our community

includes a staff meal for full shifts, 30% staff discount at Lift Coffee + Forecast Coffee locations

Food Safe an asset
Starting wage $18.30/hr, plus tips paid out weekly
(Average tips- $6-8 per hour)

- West Vancouver, BC V7W 3C7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
