Role: Account Executive (Enterprise Software/SaaS)
Job Summary: We seek a highly driven Account Executive with 3-5 years of proven Enterprise Software or SaaS sales success. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex sales cycles, build robust client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. Previous exposure to selling into the manufacturing or mining vertical is highly desirable, as you will leverage industry insights to drive growth and uncover new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, leveraging CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of successful experience in Enterprise Software or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quota goals.
- Experience selling to manufacturing or mining verticals (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate ownership of results.
