Job Summary – Remarketing Administrator
Quantum is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remarketing Administrator to support daily sales operations and customer service within our Remarketing department. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing inventory, processing RMAs, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to help drive the success of the Remarketing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Manager, Sales Operations and the Remarketing Sales Team to assist with daily sales operations.
- Assist with providing freight quotes for open orders.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely pickup of orders.
- Monitor the performance of order picking and communicate with customers to facilitate prompt pickups.
- Support sales activities, including sales order creation, shipment confirmation, RMA processing, general customer support, and coordination with customers.
- Process RMA requests, handling returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to customer inquiries, manage complaints, and provide solutions to product-related concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review RMA requests to identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations to the operations team.
- Oversee the development and administration of remarketing and sales programs, as well as compliance and reporting function
Qualifications
Education: Diploma, degree, or certificate in Business Administration and/or relevant experience in sales, administration, or related fields.
Job-Specific Knowledge and Skills
- Strong customer service skills, including handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and business goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis), as well as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) for data entry, updates, and reporting.
- Ability to analyze sales data, generate reports, and identify trends or improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity with sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and forecasting processes.
- Knowledge of computer hardware is considered an asset.
