About the role
Meraki Dental is a family-owned and operated dental clinic. We value integrity, teamwork, and building relationships. We are growing and are looking to add a full-time dental administrator to our team. The position is best suited for someone who has a warm and outgoing personality, excellent organizational skills and pays attention to detail. We are a group of dedicated and committed healthcare providers who would like to find like-minded people to organize our everyday. Our front desk team plays a crucial role in keeping our team running effectively and efficiently and we want someone that will be dedicated and committed to excellence and help our patients reach their dental goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage schedules efficiently
- Coordinate hygiene appointments and optimize daily flow
- Handle phone calls, emails, insurance inquiries, and patient communication
- Keep things on track and on time
- Support our clinical team and ensure a smooth patient experience from start to finish
Who You Are:
- A people person – friendly, empathetic, and excellent at building rapport
- Detail-oriented with top-notch organizational skills
- Experienced in scheduling and hygiene coordination (dental office experience preferred!)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with dental software and digital systems
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Our Hours
- Tuesday-Wednesday 9am-5pm or 10:30am to 6:30pm alternating opening and closing
- Thursday 9am -4pm
- Monday -Friday alternating 9 am - 4pm
- One Saturday per month 9am-4pm
