The Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team on a 12 month maternity leave contract, with potential to extend to full-time. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This includes paid and organic campaigns, email marketing, content creation, and performance reporting. You'll collaborate closely with creative, customer service, and product teams to elevate the Menē brand and drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the marketing calendar and execute campaigns across social media and email to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to achieve targeted ROAS and ROI.

Lead our influencer marketing efforts. Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with creators who align with our brand values. You’ll oversee campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring performance, reach, and brand integrity across all collaborations.

Collaborate with PR to help shape our brand narrative, drive brand awareness and build relationships with industry leaders.

Day-to-day management of Menē’s organic social media presence including copywriting, content planning, and scheduling. Be creative with the assets and ensure Menē stays at the forefront of all platform trends & changes.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling digital assets that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.

Write and publish blog content on site.

Conduct ongoing research into customer trends, industry shifts, and digital marketing best practices.

Assist with external agency and partner coordination to support the timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Serve as the brand voice for Menē across digital platforms.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce, luxury, or retail.

University degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Demonstrated success in managing multichannel marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media best practices.

Exceptional communication skills and a strong command of brand storytelling.

Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
