As a key member of the sales team, the Sales Associate brings to life the automotive sales experience. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the new and used car sales process from the moment the customer walks into the dealership to the point of sale and beyond. The Sales Associate will be passionate about building an ongoing relationship with the customer with the objective to create brand loyalty.

Position Duties:

Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.

Listen to customer needs and assist customers in understanding and selecting an appropriate vehicle.

Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with a genuine intent to solve their problem.

Keep detailed records of all interactions with customers.

Make prospecting calls and follow-up with customer within specific time frames.

Increase sales through optional features and add-ons.

Provide an exceptional experience with the dealership to encourage brand loyalty and lifetime servicing of vehicle.

Create a solid customer base and following.

Requirements:

2+ years in customer service and sales.

Assets:

Valid OMVIC licence or willingness to acquire.

Interest in and knowledge of the automotive industry.

Working Environment:

Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.

Sitting for long periods of time.

Use of office equipment and computers for long periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34,500.00-$80,000.00 per year
