The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with external and internal stakeholders within the Brand Marketing and Product Marketing, Sales and R&D and Innovation teams. He/she is responsible for creating, implementing and managing marketing activities designed to generate product awareness and brand identity that will drive business opportunities and sales for the organization.

Responsibilities Planning and Execution of 360 Marketing Campaigns

  • Assists the marketing department in the execution of 360° marketing and communication campaigns, as well as in the creation of content associated with each campaign.
  • Maintains the marketing plan and 360° product launch plans.
  • Develops and coordinates the production of marketing materials (brochures, videos, banners, social media publications, etc.).
  • Coordinates photo and video shoot requirements with external agencies, ensuring a clear and effective brief to deliver optimal content.
  • Works with internal teams and external service providers to ensure on-time delivery of projects.

Management of Internal and External Communications

  • Coordinates the delivery of marketing content across various communication platforms (brochures, presentations, flyers, product videos, educational webinars, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, press releases, web content, newsletters, advertising, trade show booths and sales tools).
  • Ensures consistency of messaging across platforms and channels.
  • Participates in the integral organization of promotional events and the day-to-day coordination of trade show participation.
  • Plans and delivers various external communications to our distribution partners, customers and industry, designed to have a positive impact on external brand image.
  • Supports internal communications activities, including sharing marketing activities and project successes with employees and channel partners.
  • Coordinates the work of external resources regarding editorial, translation and graphic design mandates.

Trade Show Coordination

  • Participates in the planning, logistical organization, and overall coordination of Vortex’s presence at trade shows and promotional events.
  • Manages registrations, on-site logistics, preparation of marketing materials, and coordination of internal team participation.
  • Ensures brand consistency across booth presentations and oversees the quality of the visitor experience.
  • Contributes to post-event follow-up (lead collection, reporting, feedback) and supports continuous improvement of future event participation.

Skills And Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing, communication, presentation skills and editing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from conception to end and meet deadline.
  • Very well organized, with ability to multi-task and think outside of the box.
  • Excellent rigor, attention to detail and great ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software and content management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experienced with project management platforms, particularly Monday.com.

Fluent in English and French, spoken and written. Proficiency in English is required for this role as approximately 40% of the responsibilities involve regular communication with stakeholders based in the United States and Europe.

Experience And Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in marketing & communications.
  • Experience in the implementation and execution of brand strategy.
  • Experience in the implementation and execution of web and social media strategies.
