We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant to join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS (Bamboo) updates
- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and prepare new hire orientation materials
- Organize employee engagement activities and participate in local committees (Health & Safety, Social Committee, DE&I, etc.)
- Other administrative and project-based tasks as assigned
What you bring to the table
- Post secondary education in Human Resources, Administration, or related field
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
