Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures.
• Sanitate tables, utensils, and work areas regularly to maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate effectively regarding special requests or dietary restrictions.

Skills

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong upselling skills to enhance guest dining experiences.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
