Overview:
Join a well-established, dynamic, and growing food and beverage brokerage agency as an Administrative Coordinator. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to streamline operations and ensure the smooth execution of client programs and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to optimize day-to-day operations in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Manage the end-to-end flow of documents required for new product listings and promotional submissions across multiple banners.
- Monitor, track and approve trade spend against established budgets, ensuring funds are allocated as planned and discrepancies are flagged and resolved promptly.
- Prepare, analyze and approve commission and billback reports to support accurate invoicing.
- Coordinate and track multiple submission deadlines, ensuring accurate, timely, and professional communication with both internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee the ordering and disbursement of POS materials.

- Attention to Detail: Demonstrates exceptional accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Time Management: Thrives under tight deadlines and effectively prioritizes competing demands.
- Autonomy: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
