What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Client Data Management & Operations, you will play a crucial role in contributing and supporting the implementation of data governance strategies and controls ensuring integrity, security, and compliance of our enterprise data assets (ECIF, CIW, EDH, EDGE). Responsibilities will include, data quality assessments, policy adherence and supporting the establishment of data governance frameworks within the Enterprise Client Data management & Strategy business.

How You’ll Succeed
- Data Governance Support: Assist in implementing and reinforcing data governance policies and procedures as it relates to our enterprise data assets
- Data Quality Assessment: Checking and validating the accuracy, consistency and reliability of our data by leveraging various tools (Alteryx, SQL, ThoughtSpot, Python, etc.)
- Policy Adherence: Monitoring and reinforcing compliance with data management and governance polices as it relates to our enterprise data
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams to understand client data needs and provide guidance
- Data Security: Contribute to the implementation of data security and access controls for all our enterprise data assets
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of data Governance processes and procedures
- Training & Awareness: Assist in educating staff and business partners on data governance best practices and policies as they relate to our enterprise data
Who You Are
- You can demonstrate 1-2 years of experience in Data Governance. You are familiar with data governance concepts, principles and best practices and have knowledge of data management tools and systems . You are Analytical and have the ability to assess and analyze data quality and governance issues. You are effective communicator with an ability to articulate, share ideas effectively so they are understood with clarity and purpose
