**District Sales Representative – Central Region
Ontario, Canada / Territory: Burlington, Hamilton and Oakville area** Reports to: District Sales Manager
Summary: This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in the Central Region.
Location: Ontario Province
Responsibilities
- Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential
- Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts
- Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan
- Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them
- Segmentation of different applications versus clientele
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments
- Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Timely completion of all sales administration
Minimum Requirements
- Technical Degree, Masters or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
- MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object
- 5 years relevant experience
- Specific knowledge in the Automation, electrical, electronic or pneumatic,
- Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster
