Mossify is hiring a highly reliable, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to help our founder stay focused, organized, and ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Do
- Manage inbox and respond to emails on behalf of the founder
- Own the founder’s calendar — book meetings, build buffer time, prep agendas
- Filter and prioritize inbound requests and opportunities
- Organize internal meetings, set reminders, and make sure everyone’s aligned
- Book travel (airfare, hotels, cars) and prep itineraries
- Handle personal errands and online purchases (think: Amazon, gifts, returns)
- Send follow-ups, draft communication, and prep documents as needed
- Act as a gatekeeper — protect the founder’s time while keeping things moving
- Help improve admin systems to make things faster and smoother
Must-Have Experience
- 2+ years experience as an executive assistant or ops admin (preferably remote/startup)
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Slack
- Experience booking travel and managing logistics
- Strong written communication — grammar nerds welcome
- Ability to think one step ahead and solve problems before they show up
Nice-to-Haves
- You’ve worked with e-commerce, creative brands, or founder-led businesses
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello)
- Comfortable with light data entry or Shopify/CRM platforms
- Familiarity with Mossify or a passion for plants and sustainability
