YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM
The international development coordinator will support the growth and structuring of SOPREMA international businesses in the following regions: Mexico, Asia-Pacific and Middle East. He/she will actively contribute to accelerating the development of the local subsidiaries, in tight cooperation with the local managements and teams, and with the relevant departments in SOPREMA Inc .
THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR YOU
- Follow SOPREMA Mexico’s commercial and operational strategic developments, and join the relevant project-dedicated taskforces, to facilitate the work between SOPREMA Canada’s experts and local teams, in execution of these projects.
- Together with your supervisor, produce regular reports to the top management regarding the commercial, industrial, operational and financial performance of the international subsidiaries.
- Facilitate requests from international subsidiaries to SOPREMA Canada, with the help of your supervisor.
- Support the logistics of events involving the international team, and of visits from foreign team-members or customers;
- Carry out any other task requested by the immediate superior
THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your education
- n :Bachelor’s degree in business administration or international busine
- ss.At least 3 years of experience in international business, consulting or project management.
Your knowledge
- Multidisciplinary profile
- Prior international experience (study, internship, work) a must
- Language skills: professional proficiency in French, English and Spanish required
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, ERP and task management software(s) a pl us.
Your Skills and Abilities
- Flexibility, ability to handle and prioritized on multiple tasks
- Superior problem-solving abilities
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and writing skills
- Ability to adjust to multiple work cultures and paces.
