Duties
- Actively identify and pursue new business prospects within the target market.
- Make daily outbound calls and send emails to connect with potential decision-makers and establish initial relationships.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with current clients to support long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track and document all sales-related activities consistently.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries.
- Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends and the company’s products or services.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
