Who you are
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years specifically focused on data/analytics products
- Hands-on experience shipping successful B2B SaaS analytics features and dashboards
- A track record of collaborating effectively with research and data science teams to build products
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into business value through collaboration with data science, engineering and research teams
- Advanced presentation skills with ability to communicate insights to both technical and executive audiences
- Experience in HR technology, people analytics, or workforce intelligence is not required but is advantageous
What the job involves
- Lead our Data & Analytics initiative transforming how customers understand and optimize their employee experience programs
- This role will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, building at the intersection of product delivery, behavioral science and analytics
- You'll be responsible for developing data-oriented features that help our customers measure, understand, and improve their recognition programs' impact on key business outcomes like retention, engagement, and productivity
- Define and execute the product strategy for analytics, reporting, and AI-powered insights within the Achievers platform
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to build a scalable analytics platform that delivers actionable insight and an amazing customer experience
- Work closely with market analysts to translate market insight into product features
- Create reporting capabilities that showcase the business impact of recognition programs across an organization, from front-line managers to C-suite executives
- Conduct customer research to understand analytics needs across different industries, company sizes, and use cases
