Position Description:

We are expanding in Atlantic Canada, and we need your skills, enthusiasm, and dedication as part of our team. We are seeking a skilled Data & Power BI Developer with a strong background in data visualization, development, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working with Power BI, wireframing, and dashboard development, as well as a solid foundation in data analysis. Experience with SQL is required, and familiarity with Python and/or Databricks is a strong asset.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Create and maintain wireframes and mockups for data visualization solutions
• Perform in-depth data analysis to support business decision-making
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements
• Leverage Python and/or Databricks for advanced analytics and data transformation (preferred)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 4+ years of experience in data visualization and development with Power BI

• Strong wireframing and dashboard design skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL

• Experience with Python and/or Databricks is preferred

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Alternate Locations: (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office/week) | Moncton or Fredericton (NB), Stratford (PE), St. John’s (NL)
