The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the workplace. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team where your contributions truly matter.
What You’ll Do
- Process customer purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Create and manage invoices, and follow up on payments
- Coordinate order placements with suppliers
- Organize product imports and ensure smooth logistics
- Oversee shipping and ensure timely deliveries
What You Bring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus
- French language skills are an asset (fluency is a big bonus!)
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask with ease
