Guelph Toyota is currently seeking an Assistant Parts Manager to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.
Purpose/Summary of Position:
This role is responsible for assisting in the overall performance and profitability of the Parts department. This Management role is responsible for ongoing planning and collaboration with other department leaders; executing on objectives, goals and growth strategies; ensuring compliance with process and procedures; motivating and coaching team members for performance; improving efficiencies; driving sales and championing the customer experience.
The Assistant Parts Manager is responsible for helping to run a profitable and efficient parts department. They will accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, effective staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, display and advertising. The Assistant Parts Manager must be an investment advisor and profit producer.
Required Qualifications:

Candidates must possess:
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Post-Secondary Education Preferred
- Previous Parts automotive dealership experience required
- Previous Management/Leadership experience preferred
