We're looking for a dedicated and organized Parts Wholesale Specialist to join our growing team. In this vital role, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our dealership’s parts business, delivering exceptional service to wholesale customers, and ensuring the seamless operation of our parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential wholesale customers to grow our parts sales network
- Provide accurate and timely information on pricing and availability
- Process and track wholesale orders with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure accuracy in order entry, pricing, and inventory coordination
- Support all facets of the Parts Department and keep the Parts Manager informed
- Stay up to date on automotive parts trends and provide technical advice when needed
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Maintain meticulous records of wholesale transactions, invoices, and customer data
- Contribute to sales objectives while upholding dealership standards for service
- Regularly check inventory health to optimize turnover and customer satisfaction
- Keep parts areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist in maximizing storage layout efficiency
- Manage paperwork flow and assist in collecting overdue accounts
- Deliver parts to wholesale accounts in a timely and professional manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in parts sales or automotive wholesale preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
