The Position
We are seeking a mid-level associate for a Civil Litigation practice with a focus on Construction Litigation. The position involves the conduct and management of litigation files in a team-oriented environment with appropriate oversight and guidance from senior counsel.

The successful candidate will have a minimum five years of dispute resolution experience and will be well-rounded, thoughtful, articulate, hard-working, and personable.
