What Will You Do This position reports to the Manager of Sustainable Ag Customer Success and is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with customers and internal resources to drive success for Nutrien Ag Solutions Sustainable Ag programs. In this role you will work with crop consultants, farmers, and other stakeholders to collect data, support enrollment, and project management across all projects to perform the following duties:

  • Provide FarmSmart Program support to internal and external customers.
  • Build and maintain rapport with customers and fellow employees.
  • Monitor and drive progress through all stages of a FarmSmart program, including reminders and follow-ups.
  • Provide technology support, including but not limited to training, website navigation, data entry, issue escalation, and collecting feedback.
  • Lead and perform all job duties the Nutrien Way – engaging in corporate policies, programs, and practices, including Safety, Health, and Environment regulations and standards, to bring our Culture of Care to life.
  • Perform other related duties, as required.

What Will You Bring

  • High School Diploma.
  • 5+ years of related customer service or customer success experience.
  • Agronomy experience is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft, Outlook, and other related applications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively complete complex tasks and prioritize work to meet established deadlines with minimal direction.
  • Works well independently, is proactive, and able to think quickly and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced organization.
  • Proven ability of effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, accountable, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible to adapt to change and addresses issues quickly and professionally .
  • Please note that if the selected candidate is within a commutable distance to the Calgary or Saskatoon offices, they are required in-office and a desk will be assigned for regular use. Telecommute options will be optional should inclement weather cause a safety concern.
