We're looking for a skilled and motivated PLC & RPA Programmer who can blend hands-on industrial automation with digital solutions.
🔧 Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
- Maintain and monitor RPA solutions to ensure reliable execution of automated processes
- Design, configure, and maintain automation scripts, programs, and workflows that are robust, modular, and maintainable
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and technical teams to ensure on-time project delivery
- Interpret Process Definition Documents (PDD) and translate business needs into scalable automated workflows
- Deploy and integrate PLC projects with hands-on configuration and optimization
- Analyze current business processes, recommend improvements, and implement RPA/PLC-based solutions
- Document test procedures, infrastructure requirements, and process logic for traceability and knowledge transfer
- Troubleshoot system errors, implement resolutions, and provide ongoing technical support
- Design electrical/mechanical schematics and program industrial equipment using structured programming principles
- Develop and maintain detailed solution documentation for all automation and integration projects
- Deploy IoT solutions and establish secure machine-level connectivity for data and control integration
🧠 Technical Proficiency:
- PLC Platforms : Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000, RSLogix, AssetCentre), Siemens
- HMI Programming : FactoryTalk, WinCC, and related tools
- Automation Tools : Blue Prism, custom scripting languages, and industrial software
- Languages : Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block
- Standards : Familiarity with ISA-88/95, IEC 61131, and OT cybersecurity best practices
📘 Background & Credentials:
- Bachelor’s in Software, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Allen-Bradley PLC Certification
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and PLC programming
- Fluent in English and French , with strong communication skills across all levels
- Willing to travel and work independently in dynamic industrial environments
