ABOUT THE ROLE

Ensure Entandem optimizes revenue collection. Lead and direct the Account Manager team, responsible for the largest income generating licensees, to achieve collection goals. Track trends, identify reporting and payment gaps, and develop plans to best address opportunities. Communicate effectively with all levels of the business and act as point of contact. Maintain focus on company goals and utilize data and analytics to underpin essential and fundamental core business needs and strategies

The knowledge of English is required for this position as the position requires to interact on a constant and regular basis with English-speaking stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor, track and support Account Manager’s in collection efforts.
  • Maintain and improve companywide KPI reporting dashboards.
  • Create, interpret and utilize parameters to select individual Account assignments.
  • Provide reports, statistics and analytics for Entandem Management and Board including quarterly reports, financial forecasting, and bad debt provision.
  • Lead the Account Manager team to ensure quarterly metrics are met.
  • Develop plans to ensure best practices and process improvement are followed.
  • Improve collection cycles to optimize recovery rates.
  • Oversee application of funds and collection of past due invoices.
  • Liaise with Finance dept for write offs, cancellations, refunds and fund transfer cases.
  • Actively collaborate, both internally and with outside stakeholders to compile and interpret statistics and data where relevant.
  • Provide input on staff performance measures and appraisals.
  • Support IT in testing, troubleshooting, and finding solutions to technological issues.
  • Train and coach staff.
  • Work closely with Licensing Specialists, Operations Manager and third parties to ensure cohesion and consistency across the board.
  • Other duties as required
