Position Details
- Anticipated Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience
- Location: Remote (Canada)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing workshops (in-person and virtual) to understand and document their financial business processes
- Analyze the customer’s existing chart of accounts and define the new chart of accounts to be used within the new ERP
- Develop and own the cross walk with the client to ensure traceability of the legacy to target mapping
- Provide expertise across projects in the Finance domain across the range of financial topics including; General Ledger, Project Accounting, Grants, Fixed Assets, Procure to Pay, Receivables, Inventory and Tax
- Configure the solution, working within the wider consulting team as required, to support the clients’ defined business processes and organizational structure
- Provide training to the client on the maintenance and creation of their chart of accounts
- Define reporting structures in configuration to support the creation of the necessary financial statements
- Coordinate across departments to resolve issues and drive project goals
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement within our project implementation methodology
Key Performance Indicators (kpis)
- On-time delivery of project documentation and deliverables contributing to project financial health
- Accurate and complete chart of accounts mapping and trial balance conversions
- Client satisfaction with project workshops and defined business processes
- Responsiveness to task assignments and ability to shift priorities as needed
