Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs and interests of each customer.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Customer Service:
- Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma
