Sales Consultant (Commission-Based, Probationary Role)
Location: On-Site (7600 Hwy 27)
Commitment: Part-Time (4 Days/Week)
Compensation: 7% Commission Per Sale (Uncapped Earnings)

As we continue to grow, we're seeking motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Sales Consultants to join our team and help drive new business.
Role Overview:
This position is a part-time, commission-based role with a 6-month probationary period , working 4 days per week . You will earn 7% commission on every closed sale with no cap on your income potential.
Upon successful completion of this probation period, you will be offered a full-time position with base salary and a new, enhanced commission structure , which will be outlined during the interview process.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect, generate, and manage new sales leads through outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Present and confidently sell Bix Events Co.’s entertainment and event services to corporate clients, private hosts, planners, and venues.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and follow up on potential deals to maximize closure rates.
- Manage sales activity, pipeline, and communication records using CRM tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to qualify for the full-time position.
What You Bring:
- Previous sales experience preferred (event, entertainment, or hospitality industry is a plus).
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only structure during the probation period.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage time and tasks across a 4-day workweek.
- Professional, confident, and able to represent a premium event brand to high-end clients.
Compensation & Growth Path:
- 7% commission per closed sale (uncapped).
- High-value services allow for substantial earnings per contract.
- 6-month part-time probationary period (4 days/week) with the potential to transition into a full-time position with a fixed salary OR an upgraded commission structure (details to be shared during the interview).
