Are you passionate about design, eager to learn and ready to bring positive energy to a creative team?

We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative/Inside Sales Associate.

This is a Part-time role that may lead to Full-Time. We are flexible with the days and hours but you must be available during our business hours of 8am-4pm

This role is integral to supporting our design team while ensuring smooth administrative processes and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate does not have to have a background in design but must be a creative and detail-oriented individual who shows up with a great attitude, curiosity and willingness to grow.

While this role might not be directly focused on selling, it still requires the ability to interact and confidently explain information clearly with a goal to turn the lead to an appointment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative support to the design team, maintaining organized project files, schedules, and communications.
• Handle client communication through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Schedule client consultations and manage calendars for design appointments.
• Assist in educating potential clients on the design process, while helping to convert leads into clients. (training provided)
• Work closely with the design team to support project planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for design initiatives.
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to design work.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role.
• Comfortable using a computer and open to learning new software.
• Knowledge of SketchUp design Software is an asset but not required.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation techniques is an asset but not required
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
