About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a full-time, in-office position. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in delivering a superior client experience while supporting the daily operations of our practice.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate:

- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Key Responsibilities
This is a representative list and is not exhaustive:
- Prepare client meeting packages, process documentation post-meeting, and manage follow-up actions to ensure completion.
- Accurately place and follow up on investment trades (purchases, switches, withdrawals) in client accounts.
- Keep client records current and organized, both electronically (via Equisoft CRM) and physically (paper filing).
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, delivering a professional and courteous experience.
- Take ownership of client requests and administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and files are audit-ready.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of compliance requirements and industry regulations relevant to the role.

- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal record and credit check.
