The bigger picture

 

We’re looking for a motivated and agile team player who thrives in a fast paced environment to come on board as a Business Support Specialist. In this role you will help deliver administrative support to our agricultural and commercial lending teams. 

The preferred location for this position is within Regina, Moosomin, Saskatoon or Assiniboia, however other Conexus locations may be considered.

How you’ll be spending your time

 

  • Providing business lending administrative support in areas such as file maintenance, security control, searches, data entry, reports and simplified annual reviews
  • Interacting with team members, CBS, lawyers, and insurance companies to provide support, input, knowledge and feedback
  • Proactively identifying and researching the best solutions that meet our members’ needs and improve their financial well-being
  • Ensuring there’s a healthy balance between opportunity, risk, growth and profitability for Conexus

Salary Range

$52,720 - $65,900 with 7% Short Term Incentive Target
