Position: Type: Full-Time Department: Customer Service / Insurance Brokerage

What does a typical day look like:
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing top-notch service with a smile
• Providing coverage counselling and guidance to customers on insurance products that best suit their needs
• Processing policy changes, renewals, and new applications with accuracy and care
• Collaborating with a dynamic team that supports and celebrates each other
• Staying up to date on industry trends and compliance
What you will bring:
• A valid RIBO or other applicable insurance license
• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for helping people
• Strong communication skills (you’re a people person!)
