About the role
My client is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Representative to lead business development efforts in the protein packaging sector across Ontario and Western Canada. This role offers a remote work model, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Your Role:
As a key member of my client's sales team, you will:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the protein packaging market
- Drive revenue growth and execute strategic plans to expand market presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies based on market trends and customer feedback
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at all organizational levels
- Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with pricing and margin guidelines
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed account plans using CRM tools
- Promote cross-selling opportunities and represent the company as a knowledgeable industry partner
- Manage administrative tasks including CRM updates, cold outreach, and data entry in SAP
What You Bring:
- Solid understanding of the protein packaging industry
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales or business development role
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and close new business
- Skilled in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Confident communicator and negotiator with a strategic mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
