Join the Integrated Care Solutions (ICS) team as an Orientation Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in facilitating efficient and engaging onboarding experiences. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the Orientation Coordinator collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team and HR team to ensure new hires have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed.

Duties And Responsibilities Orientation and Training Delivery

  • Facilitate orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a ----smooth and welcoming onboarding process.
  • Train staff on applications, tools, and systems developed or acquired by ICS.

Material Preparation and Updates

  • Create and update training materials to reflect current processes and technologies.
  • Communicate and manage training schedules effectively across departments.

Collaboration and Feedback

  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Team to streamline onboarding.
  • Analyze feedback from participants to continually enhance the orientation experience.

Adopting New Tools and Technologies

  • Stay up to date on new systems and applications to integrate them into training sessions.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Adhere to Bayshore’s policies and procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in projects from a training perspective, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and corporate information.
  • Other responsibilities as may be assigned by management
  • Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.
  • Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
  • Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.
  • Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate -Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
  • Complete other tasks as requested.

Education Minimum Grade 12 education; additional certifications in training, facilitation, or related areas are an asset.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or facilitating orientation programs.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Other Skills And Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Windows, and Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
  • Disposition: Lively, positive, and proactive attitude.

Self-motivated and autonomous, capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
