About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in the Niagara Region. As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and values attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments using dental/medical software
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle data entry
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and supply ordering

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of front desk, customer service, or receptionist experience (healthcare or dental preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using scheduling or practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, ABELDent, or similar)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
