Principales Responsabilités
- Sourcer et acheter les matières premières essentielles à la production de verre isolant,
- Obtenir les fournitures de fabrication telles que les équipements de sécurité,
- Traiter les bons de commande et coordonner les horaires de livraison pour maintenir le flux de production,
- Maintenir les relations avec les fournisseurs et évaluer leur performance en matière de qualité et de fiabilité,
- Surveiller les niveaux de stock de matières premières pour prévenir les interruptions de production,
- Suivre les mouvements d'inventaire,
- Effectuer des comptages cycliques réguliers et réconcilier l'inventaire physique avec les registres du système,
- Coordonner avec les équipes de mise à la production pour prévoir les besoins en matériaux,
- Effectuer la vérification physique des stocks et les comptages cycliques pour mettre à jour les quantités ERP, communiquer les besoins urgents d'inventaire aux acheteurs, soutenir les opérations de réception/production.

- Maintenir des registres d'approvisionnement et des bases de données d'inventaire précis
- Préparer des rapports sur les activités d'achat, les niveaux d'inventaire et l'analyse des coûts
- Traiter les factures et résoudre les divergences avec les fournisseurs
- Demande de crédit au fournisseur pour les produits non conformes ou bris
- Soutenir la planification budgétaire en fournissant des prévisions de coûts et une analyse des dépenses
Profil Recherché Ce poste exige une attention aux détails, de solides compétences organisationnelles et une compréhension des délais de fabrication dans l'environnement de production continue de l'industrie du verre.
Expérience en fabrication ou gestion d'inventaire avec des connaissances de base en ERP, démontrant autonomie, rigueur et collaboration d'équipe tout en étant à l'aise de travailler directement sur le plancher de production
Exigences En Matière D'expérience
- Expérience : 2 à 3 ans dans un poste d'achat et/ou de gestion des stocks
- Connaissances techniques : Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques de production

Main Responsibilities
- Source and purchase the raw materials essential for the production of insulating glass
- Obtain manufacturing supplies such as safety equipment
- Process purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules to maintain production flow
- Maintain vendor relationships and assess supplier performance for quality and reliability
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished glass products to prevent production disruptions
- Track inventory movements
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
- Coordinate with production teams to forecast material needs
- Conduct physical stock verification and cycle counts to update ERP quantities, communicate urgent inventory needs to buyers, support receiving/production operations.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate procurement records and inventory databases
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities, inventory levels and cost analysis
- Process invoices and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
- Request for credit from the supplier for non-compliant or broken products
- Support budget planning by providing cost forecasts and spending analysis
Profile Sought
- This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and understanding of manufacturing timelines in the glass industry’s continuous production environment.
- Manufacturing or inventory management experience with basic ERP knowledge, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, and team collaboration while being comfortable working directly on the production floor.
Experience Requirements
- Experience- 2-3 years in a purchasing and/or inventory role
- Technical Knowledge- Proficiency with Manufacturing IT systems
- Intermediate English (an asset)
