The job: At GFL, our Sales Coordinators are instrumental in supporting our dynamic outside sales team, ensuring seamless communication between operations and sales. If you're passionate about maintaining accuracy, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of a growing company this job is for you!

Key Responsibilities: Data Accuracy and Management:

  • Ensure precise and timely data entry into software programs and CRMs.
  • Maintain an updated repository of contracts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Create and manage excel spreadsheets to monitor and organize information effectively.

Customer Interaction:

  • Professionally and promptly handle all customer calls and inquiries.
  • Process inbound requests for new service and service changes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers, fostering positive relationships.

Operations Support:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and operations team to facilitate a smooth workflow.
  • Undertake projects as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies: Sales and Customer Service Expertise:

  • One to three years of experience in sales and/or customer service is an asset.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to Detail:

  • Showcase an ability to pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in creating and managing excel spreadsheets.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; adaptable to learning new software programs.
