Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and work areas
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
Qualifications
-From scratch kitchen experience a must
-Culinary schooling is a asset
- Knowledge of food handling, food service, and meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Must own knives
