Fournir des services et un soutien technique selon les besoins afin de répondre aux demandes des clients. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le personnel de production pour coordonner la demande, les prévisions et l’exécution des commandes.
Assister dans la gestion des retours de matériel (RMA).

Entrer les commandes des clients dans le système désigné et fournir la confirmation de commande.

Soutenir le personnel interne pour l’exécution des commandes et les demandes d’expédition.

Faire le suivi auprès des différents services internes afin d'assurer le traitement des commandes.

Communiquer régulièrement avec les clients pour leur fournir le statut des commandes.

15% Mises à jour des dossiers de plaintes – Retours de produits

Mettre à jour les dossiers de plaintes avec les communications clients.

Assister avec les RMA et fournir le soutien nécessaire pour compléter le cycle des retours.

5% Planification et prévisions
-
Coordonner la demande client avec le planificateur et assurer le suivi pour équilibrer les stocks, les prévisions et les commandes, en minimisant les jours de commandes en souffrance.

Collaborer avec le planificateur pour coordonner et réconcilier les commandes par région afin d’optimiser les coûts et de faciliter la charge d’expédition pour le personnel interne.

Maintenir les prévisions à jour dans les différents systèmes (ZFS – Sage X3 – Excel).

40% Soutien technique client

Fournir un premier niveau de support technique aux utilisateurs pour les produits iASSIST, la navigation optique ou autres produits selon les besoins et à mesure de leur lancement.

Enregistrer toutes les demandes dans le système SFDC (Salesforce.com) et assurer la satisfaction et la clôture des dossiers.
-
Assister dans les actions correctives et préventives (CAPA) et le retrait de produits.
Ce qui vous fera remarquer
- Capacité à collaborer avec les départements Marketing, Ingénierie, Achats, Production, et autres.
- Capacité à gérer les situations de conflit et à solliciter la coopération des autres services fonctionnels.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.
Votre parcours
- Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office, notamment Excel. Connaissance des systèmes MRP et des systèmes d'information informatisés. Une expérience avec ACCPAC, JDE, Sage X3 et les systèmes de prévision est un atout.
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou attestation d'études collégiales techniques (AEC).

What You Can Expect

Update complaint records with customer communication,

Assist with RMAs and provide necessary support to ensure RMA cycle is fulfilled

Coordinate customer demand with planner and follow-up to ensure balanced inventory vs forecast vs orders, keeping backorders to minimal open days.

Collaborate with planner to coordinate and reconcile orders per region for cost effectiveness and to facilitate shipment load for internal staff,

Maintain an up-to-date forecast in various systems (ZFS – Sage X3 – Excel)

Your Background
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel; working knowledge of MRP and computer-based information systems, preferred experience in ACCPAC, JDE, Sage X3; experience with forecasting systems
- DEC Degree, Or technical AEC certification.
